Waiver:

The Perfect Push FamilyFest reserves the right to refuse any vendor application. Should this occur the fee will be refunded. The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless The Perfect Push Family Fest, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future.


Booths are not insured by The Perfect Push, the NW FamilyFest nor any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property.  Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor’s property.


ANY VENDOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY.

VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION


Selection Process – Selection of vendor displays will be based on relevance to the theme of the festival and date of receipt of the completed Vendor Registration and Vendor Agreement Forms.


Rate – The rate per display area is determined by the size and location of the booth. More information can be found here. Vendors will be provided with a 6-foot table and two padded chairs. 


Vendor/Sponsors – You can donate a product or service of equal or greater value to a sponsorship level and receive all the benefits of being a sponsor at that level. You will also receive preferential and early
registration for 2019.

Exhibition Hours - Vendor set-up will take place on Saturday morning, August 3rd, between 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. Exhibits will be open promptly at 10:00 a.m. ending no sooner than 3:00 p.m. Vendors will have until 4:30 p.m. on August 3rd to remove all materials from the Display Area.


Inclement Weather - There are no refunds or discounts for inclement weather, poor air quality due to smoke or other pollutants, or any other situations beyond our control. 


Cancellation Policy – Vendor display fee is non-refundable. A 100% percent cancellation fee will be charged for this event.

VENDOR AGREEMENT


Management Rights: Organizers reserve the right to restrict exhibits that become objectionable because of noise, method of operation, materials, or, in general, detracts from the general character of the NW FamilyFest.

Care of Building and Equipment: Vendors or their representatives must not damage or deface the walls of the building, the displays, or the equipment of the display. If such damage occurs, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property damaged. All materials used in the decoration must be flameproof.


Use of Space: All demonstrations or other promotional material or activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit booth.

Security: The vendor is solely responsible for his/her own exhibit material and should insure against loss or damage. The Perfect Push, PLLC is not responsible for such loss or damage. Please secure all items of value. All
property of the vendor is understood to remain in his/her care, custody and control in transit to and from, and within the confines of the exhibit area.
